Zaxby’s® Pursues a New Level of Purchasing & Distribution Excellence Through Partnership with ArrowStream
Fast-casual, “indescribably good chicken” franchise to utilize ArrowStream’s OnDemand technology to power its supply chain
The Zaxby’s Franchising Restaurant Systems team contributes to the success of the brand by designing, implementing, and supporting restaurant technologies at our 890 + restaurants. The Systems Analyst I position is the core of the Restaurant.
Chicago, Ill. – May 1, 2018 –ArrowStream®, a foodservice supply chain technology innovator, today announced a partnership with Zaxby’s Franchising LLC (“ZFL”), franchisor of the Georgia-based restaurant brand Zaxby’s®, known for prepared-at-order Chicken Fingerz™, Traditional or Boneless Wings, sandwiches, Zalads® and Zappetizers®, and a variety of sauces. Zaxby’s has licensed ArrowStream’s market-leading OnDemand software to optimize food spend, proactively manage inventory, and ensure product & pricing compliance.
Like many restaurant chains, ZFL’s purchasing & distribution teams relied on time-consuming, manual spreadsheets to track and manage their supply chain and control costs. The ZFL team recognized there was a “better way” to untap operational and financial opportunities, and found it in ArrowStream’s OnDemand’s industry-leading guided analytics and proactive supply chain monitoring.
